Pull product and build each load as directed via the voice-pick system. Pull and load the exact amount as stated and verify picks using scanner Ensure loads (keg routes, package routes, bottle routes, special events, etc.) are done accurately and neatly with stop and load sequence affixed to each pallet. Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first. Navigate pick area safely to prevent damage to product and equipment. Review each completed pallet and make sure it can be counted without having to move any product. Upon completion of each pallet, weigh for accuracy and wrap for loading. Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and rotation of the package storage area, draught storage, staging, and racking. Correctly stack products in compliance with Company standard operating procedures. Prior to the end of shift, ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and are properly stored. Sweep, mop, clean up “breakers,” and restock pick area before leaving; keep work area clean. Operate equipment, such as walkie-rider, safely and sensibly.
