Receiver Department: Culinary Services The Receiver / Mail Clerk is a member of the Culinary Services team. Accept and stock daily food and beverage products, and non-food products. Maintain (stock, rotate stock, and clean) the general storeroom, walk-in coolers, and main kitchen freezer in accordance with general stocking practices and serve safe requirements, to ensure wholesome, quality food and beverage. The environment is strictly regulated to adhere to quality standards, and there is a low level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors.
