Position Overview The Stockroom Associate reports directly to the VP of Logistics and plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels to support maintenance events. This position ensures that all materials, tools, and parts are handled efficiently to prevent service disruptions. Responsibilities Support logistical movements of materials for Xtreme Aviation Technical Operations. Maintain accurate stock levels to ensure material availability for maintenance events. Process material movement requests accurately and promptly. Perform cycle counts and maintain up-to-date shelf life records for all stockrooms. Issue and track parts, tools, and materials to ensure accurate inventory counts. Generate “Lost Tool Reports” for unreturned tools and maintain tool inspection records. Manage inspection and calibration of tools requiring maintenance. Restrict and control access to the stockroom, ensuring only authorized personnel enter. Inspect incoming parts, supplies, and equipment for accuracy and completeness. Package and document shipments to customers and vendors accurately. Maintain proper tagging, segregation, and identification of materials in accordance with QA standards. Notify the Stores Manager of material or part shortages. Adjust to changing tasks and priorities, ensuring productivity without losing focus on goals. Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including responding to emergencies or rush jobs. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in English and Spanish (required). Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in stockroom operations and shipping/receiving. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented attitude and effective communication skills. Ability to work independently, self-initiate tasks, and maintain focus under changing conditions. Detail-oriented to produce accurate work and avoid unnecessary reproduction. Reliable and dependable, with strong attendance and task completion. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Bend, twist, squat, and stand for extended periods. Work in varying temperatures and endure outdoor conditions. Exposure to high noise levels (hearing protection may be required).

The Seasonal Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. Reports To: Store Management Essential Functions Customer Experience * First Impressions: Create a positive first impression by adhering to the dress code. * Store Standards: Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness both in the stock room and on the selling floor. Inventory Control * Shipment Management: Notify management of any shipment discrepancies and missed markdowns in the stock room. * Merchandise Handling: Sensor, steam, fold, and hang merchandise as needed. * Stock Organization: Bring new goods to the selling floor and replenish merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor. * Operations: Execute transfers, RTVs (Return to Vendor), manage damages, and handle customer charge sends. * Stock Room Maintenance: Ensure the stock room is organized, clean, and merchandise is floor-ready at all times.
