Miscellaneous Responsibilities * Meetings and Functions: Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions. * Positive Attitude: Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise and the company. * Inventory Participation: Participate in all inventories. * Additional Duties: Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management. * Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds and stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts. Job Requirements * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred. * Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. * Flexible Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance on a frequent basis.
