Kingspan Insulation is searching for Night Shift Operators to work in our Conversion Department in Winchester, VA. This position operates process lines and other equipment, ensuring quality and consistency of product. This position performs quality checks and minor maintenance of process lines and other equipment. Our business was strong in 2021 and we are forecasting a strong 2022. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and ability.
Must be able to:
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to communicate orally and written in English.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures by using basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
