What you'll do:
* Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
* Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
* Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
* Provide support to Outside Sales team
* Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
What you'll bring:
* Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
* Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
* Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
* Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management

What You'll Do
As our Tire & Wheel Inside Sales Rep, you'll be the go-to expert for dealers, shops, and customers who need the right fit, the right price, and the right service-right now. Your day-to-day will include:
Answering inbound calls and helping customers find the perfect tires and wheels
Building strong relationships with shops and dealers across the East Coast
Providing expert product recommendations based on vehicle specs and customer needs
Creating quotes, processing orders, and double-checking details so no one ends up with the wrong bolt pattern (we've all been there)
Staying on top of product knowledge -brands, promotions, inventory updates, and what's trending
Supporting team goals and contributing to the upbeat, get-it-done culture East Coast Tires is known for
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience , ideally in automotive, tires, wheels, or related fields
Excellent communication skills -friendly, confident, and clear
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer competency and willingness to learn internal systems
Extra credit if you know your offsets, load indexes, and tire types-or you're eager to learn
