The Outside Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.
Flexible Salary based on Industry experience $75-$100K + Commissions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

Customer Orders
Review of purchase orders for terms, pricing, and part number alignment to generate order acknowledgements for customer-specific product
Pull EDI customer shipments from supplier portals for processing
Generates progress invoices as required and monitors payment receipt before shipment

Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in a full-time customer-facing sales role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
CRM experience (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted consultant
Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals and ongoing account management

Location Dependent Information:
This role is open to candidates, with an expected base hourly rate of $20.24-$23.56 and annual on-target earnings of $70,000
. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
