Position Overview: The SAFR team is looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in building and managing our sales pipeline. Follow up consistently with warm or cold leads to move them through the sales funnel and keep them engaged. Develop a strong understanding of SAFR's products, use cases, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value. Develop a healthy sales pipeline by generating outbound leads through email, phone, and digital outreach across targeted verticals. Engage in research to help support our business needs. Assist with sales enablement material needs, provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and campaign performance. Ensure a customer-centric attitude by providing timely responses, clear. communication, and a professional experience with customers and colleagues. Other relevant duties as needed by the business. What we are looking for: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or similar background. Strong communication skills and confidence with making phone calls to businesses. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM or prospecting tools (HubSpot or similar, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
