Required Qualifications

Tasca Family Commitment Tasca Automotive Group was founded in 1943 by Bob Tasca, Sr. In 1953 Bob opened the original Tasca Ford in Bristol, Rhode Island. Just one year later this dealership was completely destroyed by Hurricane Carol. Bob relocated and ultimately opened up the new Tasca Ford at 777 Taunton Avenue in East Providence, Rhode Island. It was here that Bob and his team became the second largest Ford dealership in the world in the 1960's. This was also the birthplace of the Tasca Racing program and many historic muscle cars such as the Ford Cobra Jet, Tasca Street Boss, and Mystery race cars.
Bob opened Tasca Lincoln Mercury in Seekonk, Massachusetts in 1972. TLM became the highest volume Lincoln Mercury dealership in the world in 1986, and repeated again in 1987 and 1988 while also winning the Ford President's Award for outstanding customer satisfaction. This fulfilled Bob's dream of saying "None Bigger, None Better." It was also at the Seekonk store that Bob launched the innovative Pre-Trade program, pioneering the concept of short term trade cycles and leasing. He was also joined in the business by his three sons, thus fulfilling another of his dreams to build a successful family business.
In 2002 Bob opened his flagship dealership in Cranston, RI. Featuring Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, and Volvo the Cranston location was one of the most high tech and largest facilities in the country. It featured amenities such as drive in service write up, an in house Italian café, drive through carwash, and spacious customer lounge. It was at this time that Bob was joined in the business by his grandsons and granddaughters, continuing his dream of a family business. Job Description
Primary responsibility:
· Help HSP exceed sales & profit objectives by leading our sales strategy & effort in selected accounts and supporting all sales managers & key accounts as needed.
· Inside Sales is professional sales done from an office.
· Detailed Responsibilities & Department Interactions
Account Manager:
· Build business relationship with key customer managers and specifiers.
· Present and keep customer current with product & program offerings.
· Negotiate joint objectives, strategies, promotional schedule, & support programs.
· Coordinate follow up efforts with internal departments and document in salesforce.com
Field Support:
· With NSM & Channel Mgr., define support role for key accounts and field support.
· Manage field support requests such as cross references, bid pricing requests, product addition data, and sample request.
· Support field presence with trade shows preparation & attendance and customer & rep training.
· Manage special projects such as new product & price increase roll outs.
Customer Care & Credit
· Coordinate with customer care to ensure all customer requirements are defined, agreed to, and communicated thru the customer support team.
· Support customer care in documenting / validating / resolving customer discrepancies in pricing, credits, and returns.
· Coordinate proper documentation and compliance to customer contracts, both during on-boarding and annually.
· Ensure proper set up & on-boarding of all new accounts.
· Coordinate with credit on timeliness of credits & payment issues.
Member - Consumer & Commercial Steering Team:
· Participate in defining/implementing strategies (product, program, packaging) to penetrate the different consumer channels & customer.
· Communicate with & educate HSP associates to retail market trends and needs.
Knowledge/Experience Requirements:
· Looking for 5 years general business experience, preferably in a sales or customer facing role
· Strong phone, relationship building & management skills
· Solid knowledge of or ability to quickly learn the full HSP line with emphasis on eyewear, hearing, and first aid products.
· Solid organization, project & time management skills
· Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation, and listening
· Comfort working with unstructured data - putting structure to, analysing, summarizing, & presenting
· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
· Able to quickly become proficient in salesforce.com & Business Objects
· Ability to travel - 10%

Pest Assassins is looking for a dependable, hard-working and motivated individual for our full-time Inside Sales Coordinator/ CSR position. This position will be based out of our Smithfield, RI office. There is NO COLD CALLING...you will only work with inbound leads and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist with all inbound communication from prospective customers including phone, text, email and website submissions.
Discuss pest concerns with clients in order to analyze and recommend appropriate treatment options and pricing.
Input new leads into system and schedule inspections as needed.
Manage lead log and follow up with all open leads.
Work with field reps and sales manager directly to update customer information.
Assist management with customer service for existing customers as needed.
Collect on all monies owed from new sales.
