    · Take inbound calls and occasional emails from (USA/Canada/Australia) customers and dealers regarding part orders or other items available for purchase. · Occasional outbound calls to customers and dealers to research/investigate and follow up with our findings. · Document every interaction effectively in our internal case management system · Approximately 15-20 calls/day Shifts: Contact Center is open from 7am - 6pm CST, Monday - Friday · Three shifts available that rotate within the 11-hour operation: · 7:00am - 3:30pm · 8:00am - 4:30pm · 9:30am - 6:00pm · Candidate must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the 7am-6pm support window. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: · Training and mentoring will be on the 8-4:30am shift and last approximately 6 weeks. · Takes approximately 3-4 months from start date to reach full productivity. · Limited travel to nearby Des Moines Works for a factory tour and to nearby Jensen Farms approximately twice a year. Will ride along with full-time employee. Internal Sales & Relationship Support Reporting to the CDO, the Internal Sales & Relationship Support candidate must have a strong understanding of insurance distribution channels and the passion and desire to develop, implement and support Sales & Distribution strategies. As a startup, it is essential to establish scalability in different areas of the distribution such as developing and optimizing the distribution and sales goals/objective. Must be able to present the Revol One Financial Story Differentiating Strategy in a developed marketplace. Co-pilot, partner, and strategic advisor to the CDO of the organization providing key insight and advising on potential outcomes and growth opportunities helping to drive enterprise value. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring a willingness to dive into the weeds and work hard to deliver for the distribution partners, customers and team members. The candidate will have established relationships with owners, principals, and executives of some of the industry's largest and most well-respected organizations, firms, and agencies. This candidate will have a history of actively prospecting distribution partners and building win-win partnerships with IMO and agency relationships. Major Duties & Responsibilities Pursues and cultivates business relationships and partnerships through various networks. Conducts proactive telephone presentations to financial professionals highlighting Revol One Financial products and value proposition. Identifies and executes opportunities to use Revol One Financial product strategy to help financial professionals and firms grow their business. Apply marketing and distribution plan/strategy that aligns with overall business plans and emphasizes the differentiators in the marketplace. Identify and acquire new business relationships across traditional insurance distribution channels while carving out the niche for Revol One Financial. Must be able to roll up sleeves, spending large amounts of time and building relationships on the phone with, willingness to sweep the floors and work independently and in ambiguous environments. Be an extension of the voice of the distribution and customer to internal team members and executive management. Proactively handle all inbound sales calls from agents and IMO distribution relationships. Ability to listen, document appropriately and navigate a new, developing CRM system. Skills, Experience & Qualifications 3-5 years' experience with service and/or internal wholesaling preferred. Embraces the opportunity to actively prospect and develop relationships with financial advisors and agents within assigned territory. High moral and ethical standards are required. Must be well organized, efficient, decisive, and ability to articulate with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to support multiple requests. Ability to navigate change. State life insurance licenses recommended. Communicating company vision and aspirational; especially in startup environment.
