Incentient Leadership

Mr. Patrick J. Martucci is a Chairman, Chief Executive Officer at Incentient and is based in Chairman Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Incentient, Ms. Belmonte served as Chief Financial Officer for GPS Tracks, LLC from 2004 to 2008 where she was recruited as a result of the company’s successful institutional capital raise. Ms. Belmonte initiated the company’s financial controls and reporting functions and assisted the CEO in production of financial forecasts, budgets, modeling, strategy and ultimately the acquisition of the Company’s assets by a Fortune 500 company within fifteen months of product launch to the public. Before joining GPS Tracks, Ms. Belmonte served as a Consultant for Integrated Color Solutions, Blue Room Music Video Productions and OceanConnect, all venture funded start-up companies, headquartered in New York. During this time, she also served as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, New York, teaching both introductory and senior level accounting courses. Prior to this, Ms. Belmonte served as Controller for Promotions.com from 1998 to 2000, where she shared an integral part in the company’s initial public offering in September of 1999. Promotions.com was later acquired by Ivillage.com. Ms. Belmonte began her 20 year financial career with the accounting firm, D’Ambrozio, Newman & Company, located in Hawthorne, New York, servicing clients in a variety of industries ranging from printing, automobiles and insurance to hospitality, entertainment and manufacturers. Ms. Belmonte is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds her BBA and MBA in Accounting from Pace University.
