Mr. Smith has more than 20 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing. He is respected by industry leaders for his innovative work in shaping a prepaid product distribution network and was named Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007.

As CEO, Mr. Smith spearheads all efforts to connect the industry’s leading brands with many of the world’s largest retailers. He has established valuable relationships with leading retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, CVS and 7-Eleven in addition to global product brands like iTunes, Sony, Google, Amazon, Starbucks, AT&T and Verizon.

Joining InComm in 2003, Dan Kahrs has over 25 years of operations management experience. As Chief Operating Officer, he manages the day-to-day operations of the company’s supply chain, customer service, merchant services, human resources and fraud support as well as oversees the company’s real estate activities and facilities, both domestically and internationally. Over his tenure with InComm, Mr. Kahrs has successfully scaled the company’s operations during years of tremendous growth and served as the operations lead on the transition team for integrating the numerous acquisitions completed by the company.

Prior to InComm, Mr. Kahrs served as Senior Vice President, Operations Prepaid and Billing Services for ILD Telecommunications, Inc. while also serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Coalition to Ensure Responsible Billing (“CERB”). He graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, receiving a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting.

Scott Meyerhoff is a Group CFO at InComm.

Andy Orrock is a COO, On-Line Strategies Services, LLC division at InComm and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as Director at Transaction Design Inc.; MBA Student at Jones Graduate School of Business; and Director of Product Management at Banc Tec, Inc.. Andy attended Rice between 1989 and 1991 and Bates College between 1979 and 1983.

Carylynn are students Purdue University Global graduating in 2022 and are based in Atlanta, Georgia. They are a Sr. IT Business Operations Analyst at InComm, Senior Administrative Assistant to the EVP and Chief Technology Officer at InComm, and IT Business Operations Analyst II at InComm. Carylynn have worked as Administrative Quality Control Manager at Grizzard Communications Group; Marketing Coordinator at Sigvaris; and Administrative Assistant, Adult Development at Northwest Georgia Girl Scout Council. They attended Harvard Business School Online between 2019 and 2019 and Career Step between 2008 and 2008.

Ellen Duncan, MA, SPHR is a SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at InComm and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has worked as VP of Human Resources at STG International Inc; Director of Human Resources at North Highland; and SVP, Human Resources at TransCentra Inc. Ellen studied at University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2006, University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1987 and 1988, and Virginia Tech between 1982 and 1985.

Jack Maloney is a CFO of InComm Financial Services, Inc. at InComm and is based in Greater Atlanta Area. He has worked as Senior Accountant at Carnevale & Co., P.C.; Assistant Controller at USgift.com; and Senior Budget and Management Analyst at Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games. Jack studied at Corning Community College between 1984 and 1986 and Elmira College between 1986 and 1988.
