We're hiring for a Part time TEMPORARY Custodian to work 32 hours per week join our Operations team of professionals, covering primarily the Health Solutions Learning Tree as well as providing coverage as needed at various other locations in Pueblo. Work schedule for this position is 11:00 to 6:00 on Monday-Thursday and 11:00 to 5:30 on Friday.
What You'd Be Doing
As a Custodian you would play a central role in providing the very best service and support to our clients and staff by keeping our facilities attractive, clean and sanitary.
Specifically, the Custodian
Cleans floors, which requires operation of vacuums, buffers, scrubbers, mops, and other equipment;
Cleans dust, lint, and smudges from surfaces including counters, desks, shelves, cabinets, tables, chairs, walls, windows, doors, and doorknobs;
Removes trash from all receptacles, disposing in proper manner and replacing trash liners;
Cleans all restrooms including stools, sinks, containers, walls, stalls, floors, doors, and doorknobs;
Cleans windows and glass doors inside and outside;
Cleans snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks as needed;
Sets up or moves conference and office furniture as needed;
Maintains all facilities in safe and sanitary condition while following OSHA safety regulations, immediately notifying maintenance lead of needed repairs, supplies, and of safety issues;
Communicates with staff, clients, and others in a respectful and courteous manner, both in oral and written form, working with a team to assure smooth transitions throughout the Center;
Takes proper precautions when performing tasks that cause exposure to potentially harmful conditions, such as handling chemicals or bodily fluids, lifting, stooping, bending, and working in confined spaces, heights, or with high noise levels;
Participates in all required trainings;
Maintains a calm demeanor in stressful or emergency situations;
Reports to work and provides own transportation to multiple work sites in a timely manner (bus transportation is not acceptable);
Frequently lifts, carries, pushes and/or pulls items up to 20 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds;
Occasionally experiences exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids;
Requires minimal use of a computer;
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You'd Be Doing As an Open Access Clinician you would be working closely with our clients seeking services at any one of our outpatient programs to conduct assessments, and develop initial treatment plans, assist with evaluation of clients who are reporting risk for suicidal thoughts or homicidal thoughts and assist them with resources to reduce risk, and assist with case management and initial enrollment paperwork when needed. You would be a valuable member of team that is one of the first individuals who are seeking services will interact with and it is crucial you provide high-quality care and compassionate responsiveness to client needs. You would represent Health Solutions amongst our community agency partners like probation, parole, and the department of social services as the first point of contact for their clients when engaging in services at Health Solutions. Specifically, the Open Access Clinician conducts substance abuse/mental health/co-occurring assessments for adults, adolescents and children; provides case management services; maintains accurate, complete, and up-to-date written and electronic records; participates in collaborative treatment planning with clients provides exceptional clinical care to all clients responsible for timely documentation of clinical service maintains timely caseload management by progressing clients appropriately through treatment and discharging those who have completed treatment or are no longer engaged in a suitable manner participates in team meetings and in case staff meetings, and consults with other team members as needed; works collaboratively with community agencies and partners; and performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
