Prior to going in house, Glenn represented the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and Warren County Community College as outside general counsel. He was involved in a number of deals involving professional sports franchises Giants, Jets, Nets and Devils and sponsors Phillip Morris, Anheuser Busch and Coca-Cola, as well as the naming of Continental Airlines Arena, one of the first naming rights deals of the time, the expansion of Giants Stadium and development of the first college campus for Warren County Community College.Prior to becoming a lawyer, Glenn led business development for a commercial contracting firm where he was responsible for projects such as the Bridgewater Commons Mall, Morristown Memorial Hospital and Federal Express.Specialties: Business & Corporate Law, Real Estate

Mike Consedine is a recognized thought leader on domestic and international insurance regulation and policy. Consedine currently serves as CEO of the NAIC where he leads its strategic planning and external engagements with state, federal and international stakeholders.Recently, Consedine served as Global Head of Government and Policy Affairs for Aegon and its U.S. subsidiary, Transamerica, where he was charged with leading government affairs for one of the world's largest financial services companies. Consedine is the former Insurance Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania serving from 2011-2015. Consedine also served as an officer of the NAIC for three years, including President-Elect. He served on a number of committees focused on international and domestic matters including Chair of the International Insurance Relations (G) Committee, the Reinsurance (EX) Task Force and the Health Care Reform Alternatives Working Group.Consedine was also named by the U.S. Treasury Department in 2011 to serve as one of the first members on the Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance which advises the Federal Insurance Office on domestic and international policy. Consedine acted as the NAIC's representative to U.S. - EU Insurance Dialogue Steering Committee which was tasked with resolving mutual recognition/equivalency between the two biggest markets in the world. Consedine is a former partner at Saul Ewing and was Vice-Chair of its Insurance Practice Group. Consedine currently serves as an Executive Committee Member on the IAIS and speaks frequently on both domestic and international insurance matters. He is also on the advisory board for Plug and Play Tech Center and is very involved in both both insuretech and Fintech issues.
