JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the appropriate completion of documentation by home health aides/personal care workers as part of the supervisory/leadership responsibility.
Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation.
Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including any case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, updates/summarizes patient records, and confers with other health care disciplines in providing optimum patient care.

Summary of essential job functions:
Conduct psychosocial evaluations of students enrolled in the DUI Counterattack Programs to determine the existence of an alcohol and/or substance abuse problem.
Score and evaluate all psychometric instruments. Consult the Evaluator's Guide for Critical Factors to make appropriate assessments.
Conduct a psychosocial interview with each student using required forms.
Provide an explanation of the evaluation and make recommendations to the student.
If required, assist the student in selecting an appropriate treatment facility.
Attend weekly or monthly face-to-face Clinical Supervision sessions with a DHSMV certified Clinical Supervisor.
Attend required monthly Group Clinical Staffing with the Clinical Supervisor.
Validate client folders by reviewing correspondence from treatment providers, the courts, and DHSMV.
Write appropriate response letters to treatment providers, the courts, DHSMV.
Provide at least one case for review during monthly staffing.
Ensure all forms and correspondences are reviewed for legibility.
Ensure that the most current approved forms are being utilized.
Assist in case management and correspondence for clients on case status.
Provide written detailed information covering each evaluation in the student file folder.
Attend DHSMV approved and required advanced training to maintain certification.
Complete all in-service training as required to maintain certification.
Ensure that the DUI Program File room doors are locked when departing at the end of shift.
Conduct phone appointments as requested.
Read work emails each workday, and review tracking notes prior to each appointment.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human services, nursing, or doctorate in medicine (M.D.).
Be able to document 4,000 hours of experience in mental health/rehabilitative direct client services, or medical care specific to substance abuse. Master's degree may be substituted for 2,000 hours of experience.
A Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) status, a Certified Criminal Justice Addiction Professional (CCJAP), or 14,000 hours of experience in human services may be substituted for a degree that is not in human services but will not preclude the requirement for a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Requirements
Esthetician license
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry.

Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $3,000/month +commission
OTE (On Target Earnings): $100,000+ per year with base salary plus commission.

A-Team Solutions is seeking (1) Phlebotomist for a part-time position. Providers must float from the Palm Bay to Viera VA outpatient clinic locations as needed. Shift times would be 7:30am-4pm and 9:30am-6pm.
Performs phlebotomy (venipuncture) and urine specimen collection on patients ranging from minimally to critically ill who may be hard to draw. Works as a phlebotomy technician, obtaining venous blood specimens from adults using knowledge of human anatomy, aseptic technique, and phlebotomy material selection (i.e. vacutainer, syringe, butterfly). Uses judgment in selection of phlebotomy site based upon the patient's condition, age group, and type of test to be performed. Prepares phlebotomy site for proper specimen collection, based upon knowledge of blood specimen types, request forms, anticoagulants and transport conditions testing procedures. Assists in training other personnel (employees and student trainees) in proper phlebotomy and specimen collection techniques. Performs processing procedures (centrifugation, splitting specimens into aliquots under the guidance of others, requiring knowledge of the correct type tube, amount of specimen needed, and procedure to be followed according to the test requested). Performs glucose tolerance testing by administering pretest substances, drawing blood at specific time intervals. Assists in disinfecting and closing the Phlebotomy Room at the end. of the shift. Contacts Medical Staff in handling patients in cases of fainting, convulsions, and illness. Conveys to the patient the intention of performing a phlebotomy while showing understanding and empathy for the patient's condition.
Requirements:
- High school graduate.
certified phlebotomy training program.
- Minimum 2 years experience in phlebotomy in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Experience with accessioning of laboratory specimens
- Experience with processing of laboratory specimens
- Capable of reading standard operating procedures and adhering them to the current laboratory
processes.
- Communicate clearly the daily status and problems about the laboratory output to team
members and senior management of the service.
- Computer literate.
