LOCATION: Onsite Westfield, IN
HOURS: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve as the first point of contact for end users, providing technical support for IT networks, hardware, software, and related equipment.
* Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets and assigned projects promptly, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while recording, tracking and documenting progress through resolution.
* Perform regular maintenance on local and remote IT equipment, including PC imaging, deployment, phone system upkeep, and software upgrades.
* Monitor and test system performance, preparing and delivering performance statistics and reports as needed. .
* Work with IT infrastructure vendors (e.g., ISPs, support agencies) to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
* Create and maintain IT system documentation, user guides, and support procedures; assist in developing and implementing standards and processes to support Information Technology projects and initiatives.
* Contribute to IT projects across IMMI locations as directed by IT leadership and provide occasional after-hours or on-call support for critical issues, outages, or global business needs as part of a rotating schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Enterprise Technology, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail. .
* Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, user account management, Help Desk ticketing systems, and phone-based support for global remote users.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
* Superior customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and responsiveness.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, processes, and projects simultaneously while adhering to IT processes, documentation standards, and corporate/legal responsibilities.
* Demonstrated technical knowledge supported by relevant certifications (or ability to obtain).

Trade Shows and Events
Lead the strategic plan and execution of domestic and international events alongside Sales, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, product positioning, and market-specific strategies.
Mentor and manage event staff and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability involved in event execution. This includes staffing, when needed.
Coordinate large size and/or priority customer visits including IMMI tours, crash demonstrations and customer events held at the IMMI Conference Center
Oversee the planning, staffing, and execution of key trade shows, including pre-show logistics, material planning and sourcing, budgeting, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
Memberships
Maintain corporate memberships to leverage opportunities and brand visibility to actively participate in events, sponsorships, speaking needs and networking events offered by the organization.

Manage trademark filings with outside legal counsel and the support of Marketing and Industrial Design

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare weld samples by cutting, mounting, polishing, and etching for metallographic examination.
Analyze weld cross-sections using microscopes and precision measurement tools to evaluate penetration, fusion, porosity, defects, and overall weld integrity.
Perform visual, dimensional, and applicable NDT inspections (e.g., PT/MT/UT if qualified) and compare results to engineering, AWS, blueprint, and customer specifications.
Document all findings accurately, maintain testing and inspection records, and produce reports for quality, audits, and traceability.
Interpret welding symbols, technical drawings, codes, and procedures to verify compliance and ensure welders follow approved standards and processes.
Communicate nonconformances, provide feedback to production and welding teams, and support corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Maintain lab equipment, ensure proper sample handling, and follow all safety and testing protocols.
Support final quality verification prior to product release.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate a plus.
Proven experience in welding, weld inspection, metallurgy, quality control, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, weld defects, and industry standards/codes (AWS, ASME, ISO).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Skilled in visual inspection with strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
Proficient in documentation, communication, and basic computer skills for reporting and recordkeeping.
Ability to work safely in a lab or metallographic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AWS D1.1 or other specific welding codes.
