LOCATION: Westfield, IN HOURS: Monday - Thursday; 1st Shift: 6:30am - 5:00pm PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble seat belts, seats, and/or buckles to specifications. Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Assist other workstations as needed. Clean and maintain work area. Perform daily audit requirements for safety, quality, 5S, and standard work. Other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in assembly or a manufacturing setting. Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
