Creating a healthy, disease-free environment for Indiana's 31 million animals is no small feat. BOAH's team of veterinarians and animal health inspectors travel to all corners of the state to investigate possible outbreaks of disease and advise animal owners about disease prevention.
Role Overview:
This position will provide advanced support to the Chief Financial Officer. The position may provide support to the State Veterinarian and Chief of Staff. The position may provide support to other agency divisions and programs. POSITION DETAILS:
This position works 40 Weeks per year, 5 days per week at 3 hours per day during lunch and recess.
SALARY:
$11.48 per hour
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
EVSC employees have access to EVSC Wee Care, our employee-only early learning centers. Wee Care provides a quality early learning experience for children as young as six weeks through age five.
This position is based upon student enrollment in this school building. Fluctuating student enrollment may make it necessary to move an employee to another school building or reduction in hours. Enrollment is evaluated at the start of a new school year. The EVSC works diligently to ensure employees maintain the position that they are hired for but in some cases, transfers may occur in order to effectively serve EVSC students.
SUMMARY:
Supervises children and performs minor clerical duties when needed.

Role Overview:
The Clerical Assistant supports the Program Director in achieving agency performance metrics, adhering to BMV policies and procedures, and implementing process improvement across the Division while focusing on efficiency gains and conflict resolution, specifically as they relate to Driver Education, the Driver Safety Program, and the associated Indiana Administrative Code.
This role is located in the central BMV Credential Management office at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are:
* Supports the daily operations of an organization by performing general office tasks.
* Communicates with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information.
* Reviews files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
* Types forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials.
* Maintains filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.
