Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) required for those newly hired or promoted into the position after October 1, 2025. * Requires an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN License. * Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. 2 years of experience preferred. * Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. * Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. * Requires incumbent to be highly adaptable, confident, and skilled in managing change. * Experienced in multiple specialties or eager to broaden clinical scope required. * Must possess strong communication skills with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills. * Committed to professional growth and system-wide impact.
