I have also served on numerous non-profit boards including as a Board of Trustee for Parish Episcopal School where he also served on the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the school's Endowment Fund. I have also run a publicly traded life sciences company with a market capitalization up to $600M, a medtech company with a $325M P&L, and a life sciences investment company with $250M of allocated capital. Mr. Holder holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. Business Degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
