GENERAL SUMMARY
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for procuring routine, non-routine and potentially complex supplies, goods, equipment, and services including revenue focused agreements driving the competitive and non-competitive solicitation process for the Indianapolis Airport Authority. This professional purchasing position works with considerable independence and authority and is responsible for ensuring statutory provisions and policies related to purchasing are met utilizing sound business judgment. The Procurement Specialist develops specifications, and solicitation documents, which includes forms, terms and conditions, addendums, advertising of opportunities, site visits, facilitating opening and evaluation of quotes and bids, preparing financial analysis, determining if respondents are responsible and responsive, and working with the business owner to facilitate an award of businesses or contracts. The Procurement Specialist works closely with all levels of the operational areas to understand and challenge purchases in support of the Airport's strategic operational objectives and required regulations. This individual ensures supplies and equipment are received in a timely manner to support airport operations associated with the Indianapolis Airport Authority. The Procurement Specialist's focus is also on the "quoting/bidding and awarding" aspects of Procurement, utilizing cooperative purchasing groups when advantageous and feasible.
The Procurement Specialist collaborates with the executive level business owners and legal department to ensure the solicitation process meets statutory requirements while providing tools to support responses and the best use of resources to achieve the ultimate end results for IAA.
The Procurement Specialist will manage the day to day administration of operating contract and renewal tracking and the INFOR and Oracle purchasing application. The Procurement Specialist must be driven to constantly seek continuous improvement, cost savings and the achievement of best practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Procurement Responsibilities.
* Develop and prepare accurate and complete scope of work, proposer requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria that allow competitive opportunities.
* Reviewing documents for request for proposal (RFP), request for qualifications (RFQual), request for Information (RFI) and other types of solicitations as needed for procurement of services including professional services for completeness and accuracy.
* Distribution of documents to appropriate suppliers and advertising of public notices, posting of solicitation related documents including addendums to IAA website and other social media sites if required.
* Schedule and coordinate any supplier visits required during procurement process including preproposal meetings.
* Document, distribute and respond to all questions and answers submitted by potential proposers in a timely manner.
* Facilitate all meetings with executive levels of management as well as outside vendors needed to review and evaluate solicitation responses in a pro-active manner providing enough time for review of documents.
* Prepare complete file of all proposals received and supporting documents for public inspection if requested.
* Update performance and solicitation tracking system at a minimum every 2 weeks to ensure matrix reporting provided to management is up to date.
* Collaborate with the Supplier Diversity Department to determine minority, woman, veteran and disadvantaged business enterprise opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Follow and monitor compliance of internal policies and procedures related to purchasing and payment of invoices.
* Ability to perform additional duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* BS. in a business major from an accredited four-year college or university.
* One to three (1-3) years progressive purchasing experience in corporate or governmental public sector; purchasing certifications a plus.
* Experience working with evaluations of scopes, specifications, evaluation criteria and purchasing documents a plus.
* Must be able to understand and communicate federal and state purchasing statutes and regulations.
* Experience in Microsoft Excel. Data queries and Pivot table experience is a plus.
* Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
* Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in Oracle procurement modules a plus.

GENERAL SUMMARY
It is the responsibility of the Parking Maintenance Worker to provide minor maintenance repairs, and janitorial services for the parking garage and parking lot areas, including, but not limited to, the Ground Transportation Center, taxi staging areas, waiting stations, ticket booths, restrooms, offices, storage areas, and break rooms.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Clean the garage and parking lots, removing trash, operating a sweeper truck, and using handheld tools ranging from a broom to a fire hose
* Remove snow with a shovel, truck plow, automatic salt spreader pulled by a truck or pushed by hand, and use a handheld de-icer spreader
* On call from November through March for snow removal duties as required.
* Operate trucks, power sweepers, forklifts, tractors, and snow removal equipment
* Make general repairs to pavement, drainage systems and outbuildings
* Perform general electrical, plumbing, and carpentry duties in the parking garage areas in addition to supporting duties inside the terminal and all other buildings owned by the IAA.
* Perform full janitorial services, including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, buffing, scrubbing all work areas and public areas under control of the Parking Department, such as restrooms, offices, lunchrooms, taxi staging area, Ground Transportation Center, stairs, and elevators

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Must have a valid driver's license and a demonstrated good driving record
* Graduation from high school, completion of a GED, or vocational school is required. A combination of education and experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position is preferred.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the general direction and supervision of a Sergeant or higher authority, the Police Officer works independently in the performance of their regularly assigned duties. GENERAL SUMMARY

GENERAL SUMMARY
This is an advanced professional and management position responsible for implementing projects chosen to meet the business needs of the functional and business unit managers of the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA). What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:
Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:
At least 21 years of age
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications

GENERAL SUMMARY
It is the responsibility of the Firefighters to respond to all emergency calls on airport property which involves property damage, injury, or a threat of property damage or injury focusing first on the safety of the individual and secondly on minimizing property damage. Ensure that the airport has the capability to respond to emergencies within the standards established by the FAA regulations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Daily, inspect and confirm the operating status of the truck assigned checking fluid levels by gauge and manually, operating pumps, ensuring that all required equipment is on board and that radios operate properly. Fuel and clean truck as necessary
* Throughout the shift, maintain the fire station both inside and outside, mopping floors, washing windows, sweeping, dusting, maintaining storeroom, shoveling walks and cleaning the kitchen and restrooms
* Respond to emergency calls within the FAA time limits by getting to one's truck, bunkering, operating the truck, driving to the scene and employing the necessary rescue tactics ranging from spraying fire retarding agent, to stabilizing an injured party and packaging for transportation. Emergency calls may include, but are not limited to, airplane crash, building fire, automobile accident, occupational injury, passenger or crew injury.
* Respond to spills of fuel or hazardous substances and bomb threats. Build dikes or contain fuel or hazardous substances in such a manner as to prevent discharge into the surface drainage system. Respond to bomb threats by evacuating and securing the area and assisting the Police Bomb Squad.
* Conduct fire code inspections, escorts, safety seminars, training sessions Participate in continuous physical and mental training
* Work in Emergency Operations Center per NIMS guidelines
* Perform any other function assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Graduation from a standard high school or vocational school or successful completion of a high school equivalency exam
* Ability to perform all the physical and cognitive tasks outlined in the job description
* Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties of this position
* Valid driver's license and a demonstrated good driving record
* Successfully complete Airport Firefighter certification as prescribed
* Successfully complete, on an annual basis, required EMS In-service, once certified by the state
* Ability to perform all the essential functions of the job outlined above without creating a direct threat to the safety of oneself or others
* Uncorrected vision of 20/100 or better and corrected vision of 20/40 or better
* NIMS 100, 200, and 700, and 800 certifications
