The current CEO, Gregory Hill has created cohesiveness with the board and leadership team. Projects and the strategic plan are more manageable than previous years.

Pros of working at Indianapolis Public Library

Excellent working environment. Almost all locations are new and use the most up to date technology.

Cons of working at Indianapolis Public Library

The biggest problem is the political interference with policies and hiring by City and State governments. This is a very conservative city with a history of control by a few politicians. The library board appointments have not always been an asset.
