Position Overview
A successful Fire Restoration Manager monitors, inspects and completes tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition, pack-out of contents and various fire restoration activities. The Fire Restoration Manager prepares and reviews documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies, as well as explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers. Additionally, this role is critical for the success of a restoration company, as they are responsible for creating estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standards. Having a basic construction background which includes basic understanding of building materials, flooring and other materials affected by wind, water, fire, smoke and other property damage causes will assist in being successful in this position. Xactimate experience is an essential requirement of this job. If you do not have experience with this software, you will still be considered if you have strong computer skills.

Retrieves work orders, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site.
Explain processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers using printed materials as a guide with or without supervisor
