I loved how many amazing parts there were to this company. Everyone working here truly had a passion for the work they were doing.
I think this is a common issue everywhere, but negativity was very common even though the company is being led by professional and hardworking people. And in a great place The negativity gets to a person after a while.
The pay was good and the benefits were great

I thought through my experience in the field i was applying for and wanted to be honest and portray a commitment to hardwork.
Technically this is a low pay on average for a professional in horticulture. However, a lot of the staff were new and just starting out in the field. So the pay made sense in that case.
I appreciated the fact that woman are in high positions along within the company. However, that seem to be the only diversity I could see maybe besides age differences.
I enjoyed making people proud of our city. We made something special and beautiful and families had the opportunity to have amazing moments together.
