    Resort Director - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA) Nestled in the scenic rolling hills of Redmond, Washington, Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a premier, resort-style 55+ community surrounded by lush forests, walking trails, and a vibrant social atmosphere. The Cascade Club serves as the heart of the community - offering exceptional amenities, hospitality, and experiences that enrich the lives of our residents and guests. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Cascade Club departments. This senior leadership role is ideal for a hospitality or resort professional who thrives in a member-focused environment, values, collaboration and is passionate about creating exceptional community experiences. We are offering Benefits after 60 days and providing a starting compensation range at $125K - $130K/Annually. This position will oversee three direct reports. Responsibilities: Club Leadership Provide executive leadership for all Cascade Club operations, staff, and facilities. Foster a strong sense of community by building meaningful relationships with residents, guests, Board members and staff. Serve as a key liaison between HOAMCO, the Residential Community Association (RCA), all Club department leaders, and Board members. Collaborate with the Board on goal setting and strategic planning for all Club operations. Operational & Financial Oversight: Oversee daily operations of all Club departments to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPI's) to support member satisfaction and financial goals. Lead annual budget development an oversee ongoing financial performance, including monthly reporting and variance analysis. Review invoices, contracts, and service agreements to ensure fiscal responsibility and quality service delivery. People & Team Leadership: Directly supervise Club department leaders and provide oversight for all Club staff. Lead hiring, training, performance management, and professional development initiatives. Coordinate and facilitate regular staff and leadership meetings. Promote a positive, professional and accountable workplace culture. Communication & Governance: Maintain transparent, timely and professional communication with the Board, committees, residents and vendors. Attend Board, committee, and community meetings as required. Ensure compliance with governing documents, community standards, and applicable laws. Collaborate on community communications to ensure accuracy and timely distribution. Risk Management & Strategic Planning: Support risk management and insurance compliance efforts. Partner with RCA Leadership to facilitate long-range and strategic planning initiatives. Leverage company and vendor resources to implement Board directives and community objectives. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in resort, club or hospitality management. Proven Ability to manage complex operations with a strong focus on service excellent. Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control. Exceptional communication, leadership and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field required. Why Join HOAMCO? The Vice President will have the opportunity to deliver various types of accounting and finance advisory services, including technical accounting, public company readiness, FP&A, finance integration and separation, financial reporting, controllership, and internal controls for financial reporting. As a member of the ARA practice, the Director will: Partner with clients ranging from early stage to large publicly traded organizations in an industry-agnostic environment Ownership of project success Lead the day-to-day execution of Accounting & Reporting Advisory assignments, with primary responsibility for the research and preparation of client deliverables Prepare and review account reconciliations and communication with client vendors Review complex contracts and the related technical accounting research Prepare accounting memoranda and policies Determine appropriate journal entries and other operational accounting matters Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures Research SEC filing requirements and prepare supporting accounting schedules and other audit support Serve as a post-acquisition integration subject matter expert, including demonstrating familiarity with standard integration management office practices and procedures Lead or assist with the identification of post-transaction recommendations for finance function improvement across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash Serve as a technical accounting subject matter expert for the firm's valuation practice, providing ad hoc research and support Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for clients, including management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing and posting payroll, and preparing and posting journal entries Responsible for origination including client pursuits and proposals Identify areas to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments Interact with finance-focused ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle) The selected candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter who is interested in participating in the growth of the service line within the established firm. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Broad knowledge of U.S. GAAP, which may include purchase accounting, derivatives, complex debt and equity securities, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, and lease accounting Financial statement preparation Experience interpreting complex accounting standards/treatment and documenting into practical terms Deep experience with M&A transactions, particularly with post-acquisition integration AICPA and PCAOB-level audit readiness preferred Experience presenting to the C-suite and executive tier Entrepreneurial and client-service focused Strong organizational skills Familiarity with accounting systems, including QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, and Expensify Relationship-focused (with clients, peers, management, etc.) Positive and enthusiastic attitude Excels in a team-oriented work environment Shows creativity in problem solving Accountable and ability to multi-task Strong technical and analytical skills Education and/or Training: Bachelor of Finance or Accounting 10+ years of finance process and/or transformation experience Demonstrated expertise in industries such as, but not limited to, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and financial services Combination of audit and advisory experience Post-acquisition transaction experience preferred CPA preferred #LI-CM1 Why Stout?
