Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Essential Work Functions:
Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care
Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies
Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients
Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
Maintains confidentiality of patients and client
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

Job Responsibilities
Conducts nutrition assessments, care plans, education, and provides appropriate follow up for correctional facility onsite clinics in assigned territory. Documents appropriately in electronic medical record. Coordinates nutrition care with interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Supports the Food Service Director (FSD) in implementation of therapeutic diet needs, including daily orders, tray assembly, sanitation, training of staff, proper documentation as it relates to therapeutic diets. Work with the FSD on written action plans for problem areas.
Responds and follows up with grievances related to therapeutic diets.
Assists FSD in providing and documenting in-service trainings for all employees related to diet implementation and/or documentation.
Collaborates with medical on written diet orders to ensure consistency and understanding of diet meal plans created. Prepare monthly diet summary reports.
Provides supervising dietitian and/or manager overall input on general food preferences, food allergies, meal plan development, and in-service training creation.
Develops a strong level of trust and credibility with clients and the field regarding the technical nutritional competency of ARAMARK Correctional Services.
Promotes sharing of best practices within accounts.
Maintains administrative functions as needed, including word processing and assembly of field tools.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
? MUST possess an Associates or Bachelors Degree approved by Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) as a Dietetic Technician with a minimum of two years relevant experience

Assemble blocks and rails using hand tools and power tools according to work instructions and drawings
Use measuring instruments to confirm quality; report and resolve defects with your supervisor
Handle materials safely, using mechanical assist or working in pairs as needed
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and transport completed products to the next process
Prepare parts based on job order priorities and verify accuracy of materials after assembly

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly? THK Manufacturing of America is looking for a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of materials in and out of our facility-from receiving and storing shipments to pulling and delivering inventory for production-all while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

3pm-11pm
What You'll Do:
Receive & Transport Materials: Move incoming shipments to the appropriate warehouse locations and input inventory movement into the system. Ensure stock quantities are accurate and correct any discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Maintain well-organized storage areas to support efficient retrieval and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
Pull & Disburse Materials: Receive Manufacturing Orders (MOs), confirm materials, pull inventory from designated areas, and deliver to production while updating the system.
Cycle Counts & Confirmation: Assist with regular inventory checks, compare results with system records, and report discrepancies to Accounting.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot day-to-day material handling challenges.
Team Support & Training: Provide guidance to new team members as needed and assist other handlers with workflow improvements and task coordination.
Maintain a Clean Workspace: Ensure your area is neat, organized, and always meets safety standards.
Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the department.
What You Bring to the Table:
Forklift Certification (or willingness to earn one within orientation period)
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (with assistance up to 100+ lbs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Familiarity with the metric system and basic computer skills
Good hand-eye coordination and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Vocational training or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus
