Pros of working at Indtai
The perks and benefits of working at Indtai have changed consistently during my first year. Freedom and autonomy were high and listed as perks during hiring but have gradually been eliminated by leadership.
Cons of working at Indtai
The position I hold at Indtai is normally a salaried position. However, this company chooses to make it an hourly position and creates a factory mentality that does not fit the position. Teachers are degreed professionals and should be treated as such.
Indtai benefits
My favorite perk is being eliminated. I’m not sure why this happening as the company seems to be successfully accomplishing its goal.
