Essential
* 5-7 years of work experience in Tech companies, Telecom operators, market research firms or consulting firms
* A foundational understanding of consulting/research/investigative journalism methodologies and business modelling (primary/secondary research, coherent story development)
* Familiarity with the overall wireless ecosystem, including next-generation wireless networking and IT technologies, mobile applications, service provider business models, spectrum issues, distribution models, and pricing strategies
* Strong intellectual curiosity, an aptitude for understanding new and old technologies and business models, and the ability to see new trends or emerging structures
* Strong analytical/data modelling skills (including forecasting)
* Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines and following corporate procedures
* Ability to network to create new vendor relationships and to proactively manage ongoing relationships to stay relevant to them
* Solid communication skills (written and oral), confident enough to present your work to a group of peers or a client and defend your analysis in a calm and professional manner
* A team player who views team collaboration as an important path to professional development
* Must be able to work within a team environment, geographically distributed, as well as autonomously
