Compensation Data

Our client, a fast-growing private equity and brand management firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a sharp, poised, and highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Chief Operating Officer. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work directly with a key member of the C-suite in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performance environment.

Core Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the COO, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization
Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, handling all communications with professionalism and discretion
Draft, edit, and manage executive-level correspondence, reports, and internal communications
Track cross-functional projects, key deliverables, and action items to ensure seamless execution
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Process expense reports and handle time-sensitive administrative requests

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, particularly in supporting the corporate work sector, along with comprehensive audio-visual expertise.
Position Overview: As a Lighting Multimedia Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our on-site AV systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical support and ensure that all audio/visual systems are installed, configured, and maintained to the highest standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
Ability to operate and troubleshoot most AV equipment and systems, like:
· Operating manual and computer-controlled lighting systems and consoles (e.g., ETC GIO @5) during rehearsals and performances, taking cues from the event producers.
· Set up and manage switching, routing, and interfacing technology.
· Interpreting lighting plots and technical drawings, installing color effects or image patterns (gobos), and focusing lights to match the designer's specifications.
Technical understanding of integrated systems:
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest Lighting and IT technologies and their features.
· Operate lighting consoles for live events with precision and expertise.
Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy and attention to detail:
· Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
· An Associate's degree in a technology-related field or a minimum of three years of experience in AV support roles within the AV industry.
· Strong proficiency in configuring Linux-based devices, network settings, and static IP configurations.
· Technical AV certifications such as CTS are a plus.
· Proficiency in using personal computers and software, including web conferencing platforms like Adobe Connect, Crestron Integrated Audio Video control systems, and more.
Working Conditions
· Onsite work at various locations is required, with occasional after-hours support for network maintenance or emergency resolutions.
· Provide comprehensive support beyond the control room, including Town Hall events, conference room meetings, and video conference-based events (including Telepresence).

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:
