Supervise, lead, and train any Solar Technician I or Solar Technician II team member assigned to work with the Solar Technician III
Perform Preventive Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards
Perform Corrective Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards, ensuring that the root cause has been identified and corrected
Ensure that work being performed in the area meets or exceeds Cleanleaf O&M standards
Complete assigned tasks safely, correctly, and within the allotted time
Ensure all PPE, tools, and equipment assigned to the employee are accounted for, maintained in good condition, repaired or replaced as required
Interface with SCADA/DAS systems to understand onsite issue with the ability to communicate to both management and customers
Correctly document all work in a Service Visit and Case within Cleanleaf's CMMS. Correct documentation includes proper grammar and spelling, photography, thermal photography, and completion of checklists
Provide technical support for customer issues as requested
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by the Area Supervisor or Regional Manager

Essential Functions

* Maintains proper care and use of materials, test equipment, machines and hand tools normally associated with assigned job
* Works on electrical systems and components with AC and DC voltage
Minimum Qualifications
* HVAC experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Experience in electrical repairs, and testing advanced electrical/electronic systems and reading, drafting, and interpreting circuit diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings
* Experience in both A/C and D/C electrical systems
* Must successfully complete training and attain/retain certifications applicable to assigned job

The Electrical Maintenance Technicians at the Amrize Ravena, NY cement plant work as part of a team to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the plant and quarry in order to maximize operational efficiency. + Dismantles, repairs, and reassembles complex mechanical, mobile, quarry, and electrical equipment.
