Will be in the Gibsonton Florida location.** **How You'll Make an Impact** + **Will maintain work in the electrical maintenance on vacuum furnaces, including power supplies, control systems, sensors, and heating elements.** + **Troubleshooting identifying and solving electrical faults in high-temperature, high-vacuum environments using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.** + **Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement upgrades and modifications that improve furnace performance and energy efficiency.** + **Documenting and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs ensuring compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.** + **Supporting production and providing rapid response to equipment issues to minimize downtime and support continuous production flow.** **What You Bring** + **Evidence of Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field is required.** + **5 or more years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Prior work with vacuum furnaces or thermal processing equipment is highly desirable.** + **Strong understanding of electrical schematics and PLCs with the ability to troubleshoot, alter, and create logic. Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.** + **Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.** + **Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.** + **This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
