As a key member of our Electrical Team, you'll assist the Team Lead in completing installations from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and code compliance. Your responsibilities will include installing system components, following electrical diagrams, maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting with inventory management. Responsibilities Assist Electrical Team Lead in the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems Install solar PV system components and complete assigned tasks from start to finish Assist other crew members as necessary Follow electrical line diagrams and equipment specifications to install high quality photovoltaic (PV) systems correctly and in an efficient manner Adhere to project designs, requirements and best practices to ensure quality and code compliance Maintain an organized work truck and maintain tools/equipment Maintain truck inventory and assist with stocking and procurement Upgrade existing electrical equipment and services on residential and commercial job sites Assist with PV installations and rooftop work as necessary Qualifications One or more years of electrical experience preferred.
