Responsible for safely demolishing unused equipment and services. Oversee construction contract and service work as assigned. Order construction material as required. Adjust schedule and work hours to accomplish the desired result, must be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Review, understand, and follow all Company specifications and procedures, and regulatory rules and requirements that are associated with the performance of this job. BASIC REQUIREMENTS Must have successfully completed an Electrician Apprentice Program, an Associate degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or have equivalent job experience. Must have a basic level of knowledge and experience in panel installation and wiring practices. Must have a basic level of knowledge and experience in proper conduit materials, methods, and installation. Must have a basic level of knowledge in the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to use various measuring devices (multi-meter, tape measure, levels, plumb bobs, etc.) Excellent attendance required. Experience: • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. *Qualifications for Internal Candidates Meets one of the following minimum requirements: • Must possess 7 years' experience working in the relevant Trade field. • Successful completion of an approved 4-year, 8000 hours on-the-job training apprenticeship program with the related course of study, plus 1 year working in the pertinent Trade Field. • 2-year Technical Degree in the related field (Machine Repair, Electrical), plus 3 years' experience working in the field of this particular Skilled Trade. • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. • Mandatory Overtime and Weekend Work • Responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining all electrical and mechanical equipment for their assigned area using the necessary tools such as DVM's, Clamp Amp, Meggers, Multimeters, etc. • Knowledge and understanding of the NEC and IEC (National Electrical Code and Industrial Electrical Code) is required along with training, authorization, and certification in 70E. • Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, CNC, automation, and Robotic controls is required. • Completion of PM and WO's task along with failure remarks are required to be done in the Maximo system. • Uses a systematic approach in solving problems through data gathering and analysis for solutions. • Must be able to make decisions based on the knowledge of schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, etc. • Familiar with the use of various electrical tools and able to safely use them 100% of the time to perform quality inspections and/or testing. • Needs to be flexible within the job scope to complete task in a manner that reduces or eliminates downtime and may be called on to assist other areas needed. • Provide active training and act as a mentor for the Skilled Trades Apprenticeship Program. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and repair CNC machines and other high-tech equipment used in engine component production • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including long-duration problem-solving tasks • Perform hands-on repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance • Work with camshaft-related machinery and precision tools • Collaborate with team members to support continuous operations and minimize downtime • Participate in scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed Required Experience • Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience • Strong background in mechanical troubleshooting and repair • Experience with CNC machinery and engine-related components • Prior work as a Millwright or equivalent mechanical role • Must have industrial experience - residential or commercial backgrounds will not be considered • Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours Pay: $26 - $28/hr

The Maintenance Technician (Electrician) will work as part of a skilled maintenance team to ensure all electrical systems at Peek ‘n Peak Resort operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical panels, lighting, outlets, motors, and equipment throughout the resort. This role will also support general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, HVAC assistance, and seasonal duties like snow and trash removal, contributing to the overall upkeep and smooth operation of the resort. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. Install wiring, conduit, lighting fixtures, outlets, panels, switches, and other electrical components in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes. Read and interpret technical documents. Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders to plan layout and installation of electrical wiring and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical issues. Identify malfunctioning systems, components, or parts using test equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes. Ensure compliance and safety. Follow all applicable electrical codes, company policies, and safety procedures. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout procedures. Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with regulations and safe operating conditions. Work in a team environment on maintenance requests as assigned by the Maintenance Coordinator to complete projects within established timeframes. Complete electronic and hard copy maintenance logs to document project status, daily activities, and convey information to management, departments, or across work shifts. Perform a wide variety of semi-skilled preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance at Resort Hotel and Restaurant facilities, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry/painting, heating/cooling, and snow/trash removal. Deliver efficient, friendly service by communicating with management, co-workers, and guests at all levels. Repair equipment, devices, or structures using tools including hammers, screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches, and precision measuring instruments. Assist project managers with transporting, securing materials, and completing specific tasks to finish assigned work in a safe, efficient manner. Maintain company vehicle, equipment, tools, and other supplies in good working condition, reporting required maintenance, damage, or safety concerns to management immediately. Develop a working knowledge of operations and equipment in each facility to expedite the completion of maintenance. Perform all other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent on-the-job training.
