Other duties as assigned to include maintenance activities to keep the plant running **Typical Education** Associates of Applied Science degree required in controls and instrumentation or possess current Journeyman Electrician License Preferred. **Relevant Experience** + Strong working knowledge of: + Electrical troubleshooting and repair. + Predictive and preventive maintenance practices. + Safe work practices and equipment operation. + Ability to train and mentor other technicians. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Other Information** + 3+year or relevant experience preferred. + A combination of education and experience will be considered. + Must be able to work with hazardous and corrosive chemicals in small areas. + Must be able to tell time and be able to convert regular time to military time. + Must be able to use a computer and successfully navigate through various applications. Must be proficient at computer system data entry. + Must be able to maneuver in close quarters and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks on a regular basis. + Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods of time. + Must be able to work in extreme environments (cold, hot, humid and slippery).
