Role Responsibilities Perform trade specific tasks on a construction site. Oversee productivity of crew. Ensure schedules and deadlines are met. Perform some layout activities. Perform some material takeoffs as necessary. Trade related material, tool, and equipment requisitions. Perform planned maintenance tasks as assigned. Perform equipment start up with associated documentation. Perform quality control inspections. Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics when needed. Other duties as assigned.
