The Electrical Foreman performs a variety of tasks and assists other craft workers in the construction, maintenance and repair activities on solar PV systems. This is the lead administrator on NES CSG construction sites and fills the leadership position for all crew members during the entire workday. You must have a valid Drivers License and a reliable vehicle. This is a full time traveling position. Plan the workflow of crews on site which can include scheduling with sub-contractors who may also be working on site. Accurately manage and input employee timecards. Administers the receiving of material shipments to include safe unloading, checking material to Bill of Lading or Invoice, and maintaining paperwork in office. Attend daily/weekly conference call with NES managers and be responsible for a brief review of progress/needs of site. Be available for overtime or emergency response as needed.
