Position Overview We are hiring Electricians and Lighting Installers to join our field crew. You will work under the supervision of the Project Supervisor, supporting fixture change-outs, wiring, testing, commissioning, lift operation, material handling, and work-area organization. If youre reliable, hardworking, and take pride in doing the job right the first time this is for you. What Youll Do Remove, install, and secure industrial lighting fixtures. Run, terminate, and dress wiring neatly and safely. Operate scissor lifts/boom lifts to reach elevated work areas. Follow food safety + facility PPE protocols (hairnets, no jewelry, clean zones). Use hand and power tools safely and properly. Maintain clean, organized work areas. Follow supervisor instructions and work plans. Communicate clearly and work efficiently with your crew teammates. Respect production areas and avoid disruptions to plant operations. Identify hazards and follow safety practices at all times. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years electrical or lighting install experience (commercial or industrial) (We are open to skilled apprentices / journeyman / experienced installers.) Responsible for adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the TS 16949, MMOG/LE and ISO 14001 systems. QUALIFICATIONS Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school in maintenance or related field and 6 years technical experience in industrial maintenance position or equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing environment and can demonstrate a mastery of at least two (2) of the essential maintenance skills.
