At least four years of experience as described in "1" above, plus sufficient satisfactory experience as an electrician's helper or apprentice electrician or training in the electrical field acquired in an approved trade, technical or vocational high school to make up the equivalent of the remaining experience. Six months of acceptable experience will be credited for each year of such helper experience, apprentice training or training in the electrical field. One moment you're tracing a PLC fault on a packaging line, the next you're swapping a DeviceNet node, checking an AB PanelView trend, and verifying a ControlLogix routine. If you like solving complex problems across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a highly automated environment, this role is for you. Compensation & Relocation Pay: $32.01-$35.00 (based on experience) Housing and transportation support available for relocations Full-year contract with relocation assistance What You'll Handle Install and commission new equipment, components, and control systems; assist with start-up and shut-down activities. Diagnose and repair issues spanning electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Execute preventive maintenance on schedule and document accurate repair/maintenance records. Ensure work adheres to national and local electrical codes and internal safety policies. What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in an industrial, highly automated manufacturing setting. Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics or an Associate's degree with equivalent hands-on experience. Microsoft Office proficiency for documentation and reporting. Preferred exposure to: Rockwell RSView, ControlLogix, PLC5000, Wonderware, AB PanelView, HMI software, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Ethernet, and AutoCAD.
