Ensure crew members start and finish work shift on time; Maintain proper meal/break times per as legally required per local labor laws and regulations. Conduct effective performance evaluations of crew members. Maintain complete and accurate “as-builts” as per Rosendin procedures and project requirements. Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including project owners, architects, general contractors, management, crew members, etc. Ensure all work performed meets with NEC, federal, state, county, local codes and contract documents. Adhere to all Rosendin, state and federal safety policies and procedures. Field Service Electrician - Solar and Battery Storage We are seeking an experienced Field Service Electrician to provide specialized electrical support for solar and battery storage systems across various field locations. Installs control and distribution apparatus' and fastens in place Test and start up systems and continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components by testing and starting up systems and Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement May be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment Disassembles and repairs defective electrical equipment or systems Operate electrical and mechanical hand tools, power, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical tools Qualifications All applicants must be able to provide an active copy of the appropriate licensing prior to receiving an offer of employment. 5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience Proficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade-related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting. Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day. Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area. Able to work a 40-hour week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required. Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location.
