The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for safely completing a wide range of tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and must be proficient in mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance in a manufacturing setting. The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for safely completing a wide range of tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and must be proficient in mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance in a manufacturing setting. Job Description Elite Construction is seeking a Lead Residential/ Commercial Journeyman Electrician to assist with our many commercial/residential projects in the Valdosta/ Thomasville/ Tifton area. Must have a driver's license and a car (no exceptions). Hard working and dependable need only apply!! Must be able to work on-call when needed. Must be able to work some weekends LEAD Commercial/ Industrial Electrician We are looking for a team player. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Trouble-shoot all electric systems Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes Direct and train electricians to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Place and bend conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.
