Principal Accountabilities
Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility
Documenting all completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary
Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various electrical components and systems including low voltage automation systems, medium voltage motor control circuits, and high voltage (

Position Overview
The IndustrialElectrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, electronic, and control systems supporting heavy industrial manufacturing operations. General Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including: Motors, drives, starters, contactors, relays, and transformers; AC/DC circuits, control panels, MCCs, and power distribution systems.
Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical failures on production equipment, furnaces, material handling, and auxiliary equipment.
Safely perform work on 480V and higher voltage systems in compliance with electrical safety standards.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
Adhere to all LOTO, arc-flash, and electrical safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be able to read and write in English.
Completion of an industrial electrical apprenticeship, technical trade program, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
2+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and control systems independently.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of industrial power distribution; motor controls and VFD's; Electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand majority of shift.
