This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with other teams (Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Test Operations), directly influence the commissioning timeline for Helion's first power plant, and lay the groundwork for Helion's transition to generator mass-manufacturing. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Thorough knowledge of aerospace manufacturing drawings, specifications and engineering requirements. * Ability to write clear, accurate, comprehensive and concise documents, formatted to increase information accessibility and grammatically correct. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and experienced in developing win-win relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and auditors. * Experience with the fabrication, assembly, application of protective finishes, and inspection of structural aerospace products. Catia v5 experience a plus. * Thorough knowledge of AS9100 quality system requirements. Familiarity of Nadcap requirements a plus. * Solution orientated, able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to solve a wide range of difficult problems in practice and cost effective ways. * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. * Accepting of criticism and ability to deal calmly and effectively with stressful situations. * Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. * Ability to identify, organize, estimate and recognize differences or similarities. * Ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles. * Ability to provide direction and guidance.
