The work centers on true 5-axis machining-tight tolerances, difficult materials, and NPI-heavy programs executed on world-class equipment. This is not a desk-only CAM role. This role is for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who owns how parts are made from cradle to grave-from CAD model and machining strategy through validated production-while working directly on the shop floor during setups, prove-outs, and first-run builds. If you are a well-rounded engineer who has made parts, programmed parts, and now leads how parts get made, this role is built for you.
