Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or similar certification.
* Experience with continuous improvement, Lean principles, or process optimization in an office or administrative setting.
* Strong problem-solving skills and usage of CI tools ( Value Stream Mapping, Causal Analysis, 5 Whys, PDCA, SIPOC etc.).
* Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops.
* Familiarity with product life cycle management tools such as Enovia
* Demonstrated success in leading process improvement projects with measurable results
