YOUR ROLE
This role assists in driving critical continuous improvement initiatives within the associated warehouse/facility. This role helps the site to
meet and exceed expected standards specifically in regard to CEVA's continuous improvement programs. These programs include SCA (Site Classification Assessment), TCA
(Transportation Classification Assessment), A3 & A4 Kaizen Program, Contract Review, Business Process Kaizen, and CEVA Way training. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Summary:
The Process Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of production and support equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role involves executing reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, and supporting GMP-compliant operations. The technician may work one of various shift patterns, including 8, 10, or 12 hours, occurring on days or nights, weekdays or weekends, and be 100% on-site at the client facility.
Key Responsibilities
•Perform maintenance activities in compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
•Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, and replace components for pharmaceutical-grade machinery and cleanroom equipment.

Responsibilities
The Dry External Manufacturing (DRY-EM) organization works with contract manufacturers (CMs) to increase packaging capacity for Lilly products.
The Packaging Engineer role in the DRY-EM will be responsible of assuring that the printed packaging materials (PPMs) used by the CMs meet the technical requirements of the packaging lines and also Lilly Standards.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Management of layouts: templates with the graphic and technical elements to ensure proper artworks development and function on the packaging line.
Maintenance of the BLUE metadata for the layouts and its connection with the rest of the components of the PPM specification (artworks and specifications) in the system.
Owner of the Qualified Format List (QFL), key document for artworks development with regional groups.
Work with Global Packaging during the first's steps of a CM initiation to make sure that DRY-EM and/or Global layouts are identified or developed, so that artworks can be developed in a timely manner.
Be involved in testing activities and qualifications at the CMs.
Owner of the Site Technical Changes (STCs) requested by the CMs, coordinating the PPMs changes with the CM, global packaging and regulatory groups, PPD teams and DRY-EM.
Work closely with the Packaging Coordinator and Specification Coordinator for the correct PPM development.
Participate in the materials specifications management with the Specification Coordinator (back up for specifications activities).
Member of the Specifications Change Review Board (sCRB), proposing changes to global layouts if needed.

Job Purpose
