ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Work as a key member of a value stream engineering team to apply sound problem-solving techniques to solve manufacturing and/or material-related issues. Lead technical teams through complex problem-solving activities Ability to utilize statistical-based tools (i.e., design of experiments) to gather and analyze data. Organize tests (DOE) to isolate and control process variables. Ability to understand & identify key input variables in a variety of operations, collect and analyze process data, and implement process control measures to reduce variability across the manufacturing organization. Ability to drive to the root cause when complex issues arise.
