The Industrial Engineer III, Continuous Improvement is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies. TSC is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to support defense manufacturing efforts in Huntsville, AL location. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and process improvements across production systems that support mission-critical defense programs. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to optimizing labor, process, materials, space, flow, and equipment in support of high-reliability manufacturing and complex assembly operations.
