Essential Functions:

Generate work instructions and procedures for tools, equipment and processes within the factory
Facilitate and perform training on manufacturing procedures and processes
Facilitate cross-functional process improvement teams
Standardizing workmanship across the organization
Develop and implement Manufacturing Control Plans based on DFMEA and PFMEA
Implement and monitor process capability for continuous improvement
Coordinate failure analysis; ensure true root cause identification and appropriate corrective actions related to tooling and equipment
Utilize quality control tools to highlight failure analysis and prioritize improvement activities
Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be skilled in AutoCAD, Solid Works or equivalent CAD tools
Understanding of GD&T inspection methods and equipment
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Tools; Value Stream Mapping, Ss, Standardized Work, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Error Proofing, Set up Reduction, Continuous Flow, & Pull Systems
Proactive with desire to improve organization performance
Strong understanding of best practices in customer service
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Industrialization Leader:
The Industrialization Leader is responsible for the technical review and preparation of new products, ensuring they reach the production phase on time and of good quality. i) Manage the technical development of a product from conception to production
ii) Utilize core tools such as PFMEA, DFMA, control plans, etc.

iv) Review and approve or reject engineering drawings in accordance with internal DFM guidelines and requirements. Propose changes and updates to DFM guidelines.
v) Create and maintain detailed work instructions
vi) Ensure design and process are sufficient to produce the quality of product required by internal and external standards. Support related improvements and projects.
vii) Support production areas, fabrication and final assembly, when new product is being launched to quickly address and correct and issues that may arise.
