Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume assembly environment. Knowledge of assembly tooling, fixtures, and workstations. Proficiency in using engineering tools such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Excel (advanced), and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).

Job Description EBAD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (ME) with project management experience working in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, assess, and refine manufacturing methods to support new product introductions and ongoing production Translate customer requirements and technical documentation into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes Investigate and resolve production challenges related to machining, tooling, and equipment performance Design and improve fixtures, tooling, and process layouts to enhance quality and throughput Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including operation sheets and engineering drawings Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support production needs Review and implement engineering changes and manufacturing documentation updates Analyze production data and technical specifications to evaluate manufacturability and process capability Apply continuous improvement principles to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase capacity (e.g., root cause analysis, setup reduction, standard work, error-proofing) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (materials, metallurgy, or similar preferred) 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a regulated or high-precision environment (aerospace experience strongly preferred) Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam) and ERP/MRP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting Practical machining knowledge or hands-on manufacturing background

Assist in equipment and processes design to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and to promote safety, quality and reliability. Assess current equipment methods and processes and makes recommendations for changes. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and processes. Shows results in reports. Applies themselves in laboratory setting as needed follows good GMP. May train personnel in equipment and method usage and processes. Performs work under minimal supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary. Process Lab and New Product Development Support (50%) Assist NPD projects as assigned and in compliance with Procedures, Programs, and Policies. Assist with developing and executing Design of Experiments for pilot plant scale-up and production scale-up. Analyze Design of Experiment data identifying results compared to expectations and opportunities for improvement. Data Analysis / Technical Management (20%) Analyze product/process data identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Analyze product/process/quality data identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Analyze the production requirements of products and ensure JDE1 data are correct. Ensure all operations and processes comply with ISO/QMS requirements. Develop work instructions and provide training on new and improved equipment and processes. Plant Support (20%): Assist in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives which reduce waste and non-value-added activities. Plan, develop and implement quality and manufacturing process changes that yield improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); production efficiencies, yields and rates. Provide support on any production/product/quality issues as required. Evaluate equipment and process capabilities and make recommendations on equipment design and selection. Lead/direct the installation and start-up of new processes and equipment. Develop a rapport with multiple Plant Leadership Teams, QA Team, and R&D personnel. Coordinate QA efforts with R&D and vice versa. Pilot Plant Support (10%) Operates and ensures pilot plant machines/production equipment is prepared for operation and installed following protocols and procedures and performs regular technical testing to ensure their safety and efficiency and ensures are functioning to specifications. Executes required lab testing for experiments completed in the pilot plant. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university Specialized Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3- 6 years' experience in a process manufacturing environment. Self-starter, able to work alone with limited supervision. Handles up to low/intermediate complex issues and problems and refers only the most difficult and complex issues to higher-level staff. Assists other team members on up low complex issues. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Highly organized in scheduling, executing responsibilities and prioritizing in a multitask environment. Self-starter, able to work alone with limited supervision. Team player - maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers. Leadership skills. Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Mini-Tab or other similar software. Travel Requirement: Up to 50% (domestic and international).
