Work together with Production, Quality and Quarry personnel, exploring the opportunities to improve machines with respect to availability and reliability. Collects and analyzes equipment history and investigate repetitive damages, in order to evaluate effectiveness of preventive - predictive Maintenance and operating procedures. The analysis of root - cause should be elaborated together with the plant management teams. Contacts original equipment manufacturers whenever it is necessary to resolve operating and reliability problems. Controls design and specifications of new parts or components. Assuming responsibility for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and process plant. 14. Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations.
